Hollyberry Nook self-catering holiday cottage is set within the beautiful South Hams district in south Devon, close to glorious Dartmoor and within easy reach of beautiful beaches and coastal footpaths.

Affectionately known as the Nook, the property - built new in 2021 and separate from our family home - is an ideal retreat where individuals and couples can stay and enjoy the peaceful village surroundings and the hospitality of the excellent 11th-century Church House Inn pub, as well as miles of cycling routes, wild-walks on Dartmoor and rambles around historic sites.
Located in the village of Rattery, the pub is just a five-minute walk. South Devon has a lot to offer with many local attractions including many National Trust Properties - for the more energetic, there are some lovely Golf courses within a few miles drive.
Bookings for Hollyberrynook are available between March and October, please see the availability page. Enquiries welcome regarding out of season bookings, if we can help, we will.
We understand that many people own a dog, which is part of their family and would like to include it in their holiday plans. This is why we are now allowing 1 small well behaved dog to be included within the booking. (Please see terms and conditions).

Whilst we already employ an enhanced cleaning protocol, we ask guests to support all our efforts in helping to combat the spread of infection by:
- Maintaining the cleanliness of Hollyberrynook during your stay, using the cleaning materials which are provided, and please leave the property clean and tidy upon your departure.
