Hollyberry Nook is just 5 minutes from the A38 Devon Expressway and is an ideal property for those who want a peaceful holiday retreat from which to explore South Devon. Six miles from the historic town of Totnes, within 30 - 40 minutes drive of many excellent South Hams beaches, and with Dartmoor as its backdrop, Rattery is probably one of the most accessible villages in the area. The National Cycle Network 2 route runs through the village, and Plymouth / Cornish border & Exeter in the other direction are just twenty and twenty five miles away respectively.
