Rental
Our prices are £125 per night for May, June, July, August and September.
And £100 for the more out of season months March, April and October.
Short stay (3 nights minimum).
We will accept 1 small well behaved dog (but please do not allow your dog on the bed or the furniture).
No additional charges for water and electricity
A damage/security deposit of £100 is required at time of booking, this is fully refundable 7 days after the last day of rental period (please see T & C's).
The total cost of your rental period is due 30 days prior to the arrival date. Bookings made less than 30 days before arrival
must be paid in full when booking.
Payments are by Bank Transfer, (bank details are supplied in booking confirmation email).
Check in and out Times:
Earliest check - in: 4pm local (flexible).
Latest check - out: 10am local.
Rental rates are for the entire property.
